Atty. Rhenelle Mae O. Operario obtained her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College of Alabang – School of Law. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012. She also graduated as Magna Cum Laude after finishing her Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science in the Leyte Colleges.

With a career marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and dedication to garnering experience and expertise from every facet of the law, including litigation, corporate law, and the academe, Atty. Operario stands as a paragon of legal excellence. Before joining UC Law in 2020, she was an Associate Lawyer for Kalaw Sy Selva & Campos Law Offices in 2012, then later as a Junior Associate for Gana Atienza Avisado Law Offices. Over the years in private practice, Atty. Operario’s extensive mastery of civil and criminal litigation is unparalleled, as well as in labour and election cases.

Her track record of success speaks volumes about her ability to navigate even the most complex legal challenges with finesse and precision, so much so that she became one of the Senate Blue Ribbon Oversight Management Committee Consultants for Senator Teofisto Guingona III from 2012 to 2015. 

Far beyond the courtroom, Atty. Operario also entered corporate lawyering and worked as Legal Counsel for GOMECO Group of Companies, then later as Legal Officer for Lockheed Group of Companies in 2015.

Moreover, Atty. Operario’s passion for the law extends to the realm of academia, when she became a Part-Time College Professor in University of Caloocan City until 2016. Now, as UC Law’s esteemed Head of Litigation, which also enables her to mentor the firm’s associates, Atty. Operario imparts guidance, support, and invaluable wisdom gleaned from years of experience in the legal profession.
