He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts, Major in Philosophy from the University of Santo Tomas.

ATTY. Donna Mae Pearl C. Dumaliang

Atty. Donna Mae Pearl C. Dumaliang earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Manuel L. Quezon University School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas. She is dedicated to providing her clients with well-informed and reliable legal guidance.

During law school, she completed her on-the-job training at the Department of Agrarian Reform IV-B (MIMAROPA) Regional Office, where she was assigned to the Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board. Additionally, she authored her Juris Doctor thesis titled “Prohibiting Underage Drinking in the Philippines: Amending Presidential Decree No. 1619 to Include Provisions on Underage Drinking and Parental Liability.”

As a newly admitted lawyer, she is eager to expand her knowledge and gain valuable experience in litigation. She is committed to upholding the rule of law and advocating for the rights of those who have been victims of injustice.

ATTY. Gabrielle B. Allabo

Atty. Gabrielle B. Allabo obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in January 2025. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines—Manila. She is dedicated in providing sound legal advice and ensuring proper legal representation for each client.

ATTY. Shiba ashley a. fernandez

Atty. Shiba Ashley A. Fernandez earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the East-Manila, graduating in 2024. She took the Bar Examinations in the same year and was admitted to the Bar in January 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Santo Tomas.

ATTY. Mary Rosarie B. Sto. tomas

Atty. Mary Rosarie B. Sto. Tomas earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and was admitted to the Bar in 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from De La Salle University-Dasmarinas.  

Before beginning her legal career, she gained valuable experience at the National Bureau of Investigation and the Institute for Labor Studies – Department of Labor and Employment, where she worked as a labor policy researcher and co-authored several research paper on the gig economy and contracting/subcontracting.
